I think this is well-written. I was a little confused with the case and have to rewatch the explanation of the double forced suicide case. So actually, the mayor having cancer found out that his son (the little boy) was not his true son (by blood) because it was revealed in a test that he has AB blood. This could mean that the mayor's wife cheated and had an affair with someone and conceived the little boy making him the son of the mayor. This is the motive of the mayor for killing his wife and also himself (I guess). The police filtered the truth and announced publicly that the mayor's only motive for doing that was because of depression due to cancer. This was falsely interpreted by the people who loved the mayor because it couldn't be. The mayor couldn't commit such tragedy because the cancer is benign (not harmful).
